Welcome to HOHP



HOHP is dedicated to assisting Veterans and Military Families in Pinal County by providing services or connecting them to providers that will assist with life’s challenges. Services are provided at “Eagles Landing” Veteran Center and the “Eagle One” Mobile Veteran Outreach Center.

Our Mission





HOHP is in its fourth year with the HOHP Honor Guard and currently has 5 members. They have conducted pinning ceremonies for Veterans who are in hospice and recognize those who attend the Tuesday Cup O'Joe Coffee Club. HOHP has also become a proud "Commemorative Partner" of the Department of Defense Vietnam War Commemoration Program. The Honor Guard team has presented several of the 50 Year Commemorative Pins to our Vietnam Veterans!



Concerned citizens of Pinal County are creating a circle "to take care of our own," by providing services to our homeless Veterans, military Veterans, and their families. Helping to improve their way of life not only ensures their success but it concretes Pinal County's great future and history.

The vision of the HOHP Board and committee members is to ensure that Veterans and Military Families in Pinal County have services available to them to provide the support they need without having to leave their county. Pinal County will embrace those that have served and are currently serving and give them "a hand up" to success.



Services





HOHP partners with federal, state and local organizations to provide services to Veterans and Military Families in Pinal County. The network of services continues to grow in order to meet the needs of those who have served or are serving OUR country.



You can schedule an appointment with the Veterans Benefits Counselor (VBC) by calling (520) 338-2568 and an HOHP Volunteer will assist you.


The VBC is on-site at the Pinal County Veterans Center “Eagles Landing” on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Counseling is available at the Tucson Vet Center. To schedule an appointment please call (520) 882-0333.


Counseling is provided to Combat Veterans, Military Sexual Trauma (MST), and for spouses/parents and children of Armed Forces personnel who died in the service of their country.

Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC)

Description of Program: The Casa Grande Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) is designed to deliver Primary Care Services to eligible veterans living in Pinal County and outlying areas.

Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm

(except Federal Holidays).
